The term I think you mean to use is “Medically Necessary”. Whether a medicine or procedure is medically necessary is a question best left to the patient and their doctors.
That isn’t likely. Hormones don’t cause our internal sense of gender - that’s something that is innate (built into us).
It seems straightforward, right? It's a yes or no question, so the answer should be one of those options. But as with so many other facets of gender and transgender experiences, the real answer is "it depends on your point of view".
